Our Cabinets ARE NOT imported Chinese RTA (ready to assemble). We build our cabinets right here at our shop in Fitzgerald Ga with highly skilled carpenters using some of the best machinery and technology available. We start with quality kiln dried hardwood and plywood sheets and build your order from start to finish.

Renner 2k Paint System

We use a 2-part catalyzed primer topcoat for an extremely durable finish. The Renner 2K system we use is one of the most advanced water-based furniture coating systems available today.

½” Thick Plywood Box

Our side panels are made of high quality furniture grade plywood with finished interior and exterior faces.

¾” Thick Solid Wood Face Frame

Our face frames are made in house from 3/4" American Hardwood. They are joined with wood glue and pocket screws for durable construction.

5/8" Solid Wood Dovetail Drawer Box

Our drawer boxes are made in house with UV clear coating on all exposed sides with a ¼” plywood drawer bottom.

¾” Thick Plywood Shelves

Our shelves are made of ¾” thick furniture grade plywood finished with a wood veneer top and bottom and edge banded on the front leading edge to ensure long-lasting durability

American Made Quality Cabinet Doors

¾” Hardwood door rails and stiles with various options for center panel material and thickness. Painted cabinets generally feature MDF center panels with stained cabinets having plywood or hardwood panels.

6-Way Adjustable Hinges

- Our standard hinges are quality 6-way adjustable compact hinges from Grass America.
- Our upgraded hinges are Grass America’s 6-Way Adjustable Compact Hinges with adjustable softclose.
Each Hinge has two resistance settings to get the right amount of softclose resistance for your application.

Drawer Slides

- Our standard drawer slides are heavy duty American Made steel drawer guides with self-adjusting rear brackets. These epoxy coated slides are bigger and heavier than industry standard epoxy slides to give a lifetime of worry-free use.
- Our upgraded slides are synchronized drawer glides that have full extension length allowing for full access to your drawer box and an even soft closing action.

Integrated 1/2" Thick Plywood Toe Kick

Our standard Toe Kick is made of ½” thick plywood with finished Toe Kick options that include your choice of ¾” hardwood or 5/8” pine, depending on your application.
